Great company to rent with!
I’ve had an amazing experience renting through this company. The landlord is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the tenants. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly, and communication has always been clear and respectful. The property was well-maintained and felt like home from day one. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to rent from, I highly recommend them!

Jeremy was professional and always punctual, if he says he was going to do something he did it. He was also very communicative each month to let me know what has happened at my properties and had clear direction on how it was being handled. He found QUALITY renters and I never had to deal with a thing. At their management fee, I believe working with them is a no brainer!

I sold two houses with Smith Hearn. They are very experienced, knowledgeable, and they worked hard for me. I put my trust into them because I was selling from out of state, and they really went beyond all expectations to get the sales complete. I had to fix some things to pass the inspection, and they took care of everything for me. I really appreciate their kindness and care.
